I spent a ton of money with a large nationwide company, and they completely mismanaged my order. It took six months to ship, they shipped the wrong tile and overall, they were a nightmare.
After I got my refund, I requested samples from Surfaces Galore. John was incredibly responsive and quickly sent several samples to help me decide. Two weeks later, my full order arrived. The packaging was outstanding—every single tile made it safely all the way from California. I love the product, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
